Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 vegetable bouillon cubes
    3 jalapeno peppers
    salt
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. oil
    pepper
    1/2 lb. cheese
Preparation
    Chop jalapenos finely. Grate the cheese. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 4 cups boiling water.
    Cook rice in oil in skillet until yellow, stirring constantly.
    Do not brown.
    Add onions and jalapeno peppers.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Pour bouillon over rice. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cheese and butter. Cover. Simmer for about 10 minutes longer.
