Festive Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, ground
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add chocolate and melt.
Turn off heat.
Add sugar, vanilla and ground nuts.
Add flour and 3 egg yolks.
Beat whites until stiff.
Mix whites into cake.
Butter 8-inch round pan.
Pour in batter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
