Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter and white sugar. Cream together eggs, bananas and salt. Combine all ingredients. Put 1 spoon of batter per cookie. Flatten with fork dipped in ice water. Bake at 375\u00b0 just until edges are lightly brown.
Frost with butter icing.
