Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. + milk (maybe a little more)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    pimentoes to taste (optional)
    grated American cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Peel and dice or slice.
    Melt butter. Add flour, salt, Accent and pepper.
    Stir to a smooth paste.
    Add milk and cook until it begins to thicken.
    Add parsley and pimento (optional).
