Avocado-Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add avocado and milk, beating until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice, onion and salt.
