Chicken In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken or equivalent in chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    paprika
    1 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Wash chicken; dust with salt and paprika.
    Brown in butter. Remove and set aside.
    Add flour, pepper, brown sugar and ginger to make paste in leftover butter in skillet; stir well.
    Add orange juice and rind; cook until thick.
    Pour over chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
    Serve over favorite rice and spoon extra orange sauce over both.
