Brandy Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
Beat in the brandy.
Chill if not serving immediately. This may be made up to 2 days in advance and kept covered and chilled.
Serve at room temperature.
Yield:
About 3/4 cup.
