Pork Chops L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops
    2 onions
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. Minute rice
    orange slices (optional)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in large frying pan.
    Set aside.
    Then brown onions.
    Add orange juice, ginger and brown sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Carefully simmer for 15 minutes or so.
    Meanwhile, make Minute rice.
    Then just serve your pork chops and pour the orange sauce over the rice.
    This is a quick, easy and very delicious meal everyone will enjoy, including the kids.
