Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. hot pork sausage

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature and mix together adding cheese.
Blend with hands to mix thoroughly.
Roll in small balls.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until beginning to brown.
Recipe freezes well.
