Cooked Chicken Or Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken or turkey
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 large carrots, sliced
    1 large tomato, cut into pieces
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    dash of white wine
Preparation
    Use wok or large skillet.
    Cook the chicken in peanut oil. Add celery and carrots.
    Cook until tender, then add tomatoes, onion and wine.
    Cook for about 2 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Can be served on lettuce or bread.
