Baked Ham With Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lb. precooked smoked ham
    1 qt. beer
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. Port wine
    1 c. brown sugar
    rind of 1 small orange, grated
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    cloves (to decorate)
Preparation
    Ask butcher to score ham in diamond shapes.
    Preheat oven (350\u00b0).
    Place ham in a deep roasting pan and add beer.
    Cover pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
    (Actually the ham is virtually in the oven heat.)
    Baste the ham 2 or 3 times during this cooking period.
    Remove ham from pan and cool for about 20 minutes.
