Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sausage, browned and drained
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (if using a glass dish, heat to 325\u00b0). Saute vegetables in butter until soft.
    Beat eggs, milk, flour and seasonings.
    After cooling vegetables, add them to milk mixture. Fold in cheese.
    Crumble sausage in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour mixture over the top.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
