Western Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    salt
    garlic salt
    season salt
    pepper
    Hot Rolls
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Drain well and season with salt, garlic salt, season salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Make a recipe for \"Hot Rolls\" and let rise.
    Knead and roll flat.
    Make a 6-inch circle.
    Put mustard, shredded cheese and 1 heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture on the circle.
    Fold dough over to enclose ingredients in dough.
    Put closed side down in oil.
    Put a dab of oil on top of roll.
    Let rise.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 until done.
