Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. carton sour cream
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Remove hash browns from freezer for 1/2 hour to defrost.
    Mix ingredients and add salt and pepper.
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan greased with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
