Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    5 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. shelled pecans
    1 c. yellow raisins
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. fresh orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    grated orange rind
Preparation
    Rinse rice.
    Add rice to broth; bring to boil, then simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes.
    Check after 30 minutes.
    Drain through paper towel.
    Transfer rice to serving bowl.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
