Cowboy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag thawed hashbrowns, cubed
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except shredded Cheddar cheese). Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
