Salmon Steaks Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salmon steaks (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Place salmon steaks in shallow pan.
Combine oil, lemon juice, soy, dry mustard, ginger and garlic powder; pour over steaks.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour, turning once.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place steaks on broiler pan.
Broil 3-inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn and brush again.
Broil 5 minutes more.
Makes 4 servings.
