Plantation Bars(The Magic Of The Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. white bark coating
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. roasted Spanish peanuts
4 c. crisp rice cereal

Preparation

Microwave (High) coating in uncovered 3-quart microwavable casserole 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Blend in peanut butter.
Add peanuts and cereal; mix to coat evenly.
Grease 15 x 10-inch baking pan.
Spoon mixture into pan; press evenly.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Makes about 60 bars.
