Tuna Chip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco or oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. tuna fish
    1 large pkg. potato chips
Preparation
    Melt shortening in skillet.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper and brown slightly.
    Add milk; cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Add tuna and remove from flame.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and cover bottom with 1/4 the potato chips which have been crushed.
    Top with 1/2 the creamed tuna. Repeat.
    Cover with remaining potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
