"Branana" Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. Kellogg's Bran Flakes cereal
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2/3 c. mashed, ripe bananas
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. Promise spread, melted
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and spices. Set aside.
    Stir together cereal, milk and bananas in mixing bowl. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add egg whites and Promise spread to cereal mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add flour mixture; stir in raisins, stirring only until combined.
    Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yield:
    12 muffins.
    Per serving: 1 muffin, 150 calories, 2 g dietary fiber, 4 g fat.
