School Rolls (Plain) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. dry milk or 1/4 c. whole milk
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. shortening (add to yeast mixture)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until flour is light.
    Put next 3 ingredients in a bowl and let dissolve.
    Add shortening to yeast mixture.
    Add liquid mixture to flour and beat well.
    You may have to add a little more flour a little at a time.
    (Let rise until double.)
    Punch down.
    Pinch out rolls and place in a greased pan. Let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
