Gulliver'S Corn Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole kernel frozen corn
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook corn in very small amount of water. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes with salt and Accent; add to creamed corn as thickened.
    Simmer for 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle evenly with cheese, dot with butter and brown under broiler.
