Piccadilly Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas
    2 Tbsp. stuffed green olives
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. mayo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill and serve.
    Garnish with circles of bell pepper or pimento.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 6.
