Orange Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. crushed oregano
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine salt, cornstarch and orange juice; stir to dissolve.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Cook over medium-high heat about 1 minute until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat; stir in oil, garlic and oregano.
    Let cool.
    Use to marinate pork or duck before and during cooking.
    Makes 1 cup.
