Italian Pilgrims Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
    3/4 c. ground almonds
    6 eggs
    1 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. soft margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix 6 tablespoons of ground almonds and about 2 tablespoons of margarine into the pumpkin.
    Beat eggs and mix them with 2/3 of Parmesan cheese.
    Gradually add pumpkin mixture to combine. Grease large baking dish with spray.
    Pour mixture in dish and sprinkle with the remaining almonds and cheese.
    Dot with the remaining margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
