Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small onion
    1 or 2 celery stalks, sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (can be canned)
    2 to 3 c. cut up turkey (may substitute chicken)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 pkg. Kluski noodles
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small saucepan; add onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Mix soups, turkey, celery and onion mixture and chicken broth.
    When noodles are done, mix in with the turkey mixture.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add cheese to top.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
