Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or 8 chicken pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 c. regular rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Grease a 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle rice evenly into casserole dish.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice.
    Mix soups and water and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    To serve:
    Mound rice in center of plate surrounded by chicken pieces.
    Garnish with parsley.
