Microwave Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in microwave-safe dish and cook on High for 8 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Into meat mixture add tomatoes and liquid, sugar, tomato paste, salt and Italian seasoning.
    Cover and cook on High for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce power to Medium and cook 10 more minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over pasta.
