Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 to 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and make into patties.
    Brown on both sides. Combine soup, milk and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Pour over meat patties. Simmer, covered, for 1/2 to 1 hour until done. Spoon gravy over meat occasionally.
