Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. lite sour cream
    1/2 c. lite fat-free mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt substitute
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery seed, celery, onion, salt substitute and pepper.
    Dice eggs and add to potato mixture.
    Add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Best if made 24 hours ahead.
