Herb Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can broth, beef or chicken
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. water
    5 young green onions
    2 to 4 Tbsp. parsley or any herb of your choice
Preparation
    Toast uncooked rice in a 1 1/2-quart covered dish for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Mix broth and water and bring to a boil.
    Add margarine to rice and stir well.
    Add broth to the rice and return to oven for an additional 20 minutes or until broth is absorbed. Remove from oven and add soy sauce, onions and herbs.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Great served hot or cold.
