Peas And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 cans peas with pea juice
    8 eggs
    bunch of parsley
Preparation
    Put oil, onions and parsley in frypan.
    Cook until onions become soft (do not overcook onions).
    Spread onions on bottom of frypan.
    Spread peas over onions, saving juice.
    After peas are added, make 4 wells.
    Put two eggs in each well.
    Add pea juice (which was drained) around edges of pan.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
    Simmer, covered, for
    1 hour or until eggs are firm.
