Haman Taschen(Israel) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. golden raisins
1/2 lb. dried apricots
1 lb. prunes
1/2 lb. coconut
1/4 c. strawberry jam
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Grind raisins, apricots
and
prunes;
mix with coconut and jam.
Set aside.
Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together;
beat in the
vanilla.
Sift
the
flour and baking powder and add to creamed
mixture, working in thoroughly.
Roll out. Cut into squares.
Place
a\tscant
tablespoon
of filling and fold into 3-cornered\tshape.\tPlace
on
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 50 squares.
