Chili Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans or 1 (7 oz.) can chopped mild green chilies
1 doz. eggs
paprika
Preparation

Drain the chilies and save the juice.
Grate half of the cheese onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle drained chilies on top of cheese; spread remaining cheese over chilies. Beat the eggs with chili juice and pour over the cheese.
Sprinkle top with paprika (just enough for color).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cut in 1-inch squares.
