Quick Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. white rice, cooked
Preparation

Saute onion in one teaspoon oil in large skillet or pot.
Add all ingredients.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook rice while chili is simmering.
Complimentary proteins (rice and beans equals complete protein without meat).
Also high fiber source.
