Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. 80% ground beef
    1 big onion, mashed in the food processor
    1 bunch parsley, blend in the food processor
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Form the meat into individual ovals.
    Place in a Teflon pan (round).
    Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Burn 1 piece of charcoal and put it in the middle of the pan.
    Add two drops of water to the charcoal to create a flame.
    Cover it quickly for 10 minutes.
    Serve.
