Bob Andy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 heaping Tbsp. soft butter
    3 c. milk
    4 beaten egg yolks
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and add cinnamon.
    Continue to add soft butter, milk and egg yolks.
    Beat whites from the 4 eggs; fold into the mixture, not having the egg whites too dry.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells, stirring all the time so the spices will not settle.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 375\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until pie seems firm.
