"Best Ever" Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed or dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except preserves.
Mix well.
Chill in lightly oiled ring mold.
Unmold to serve.
Fill center with preserves.
Serve with crackers.
Can prepare day before.
