Baked Breaded Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eggplant, sliced 1/2-inch thick
onion salt, garlic and pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Wash and slice eggplant.
Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic and pepper.
Beat egg and milk; dip eggplant slices in mix.
Put slices on piece of foil.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Place slices in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until brown.
Good and easy.
Serves 4 easily.
