Squirrel With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 squirrels, dressed
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cut squirrels into pieces.
    Salt and pepper each piece.
    Cover with water in cooker and cook until tender.
    Add water as needed to make enough broth for gravy to cover cooked squirrel.
    Remove squirrel from cooked broth water.
    Mix flour and 1/4 cup cold water.
    Pour into boiling broth.
    Cook until thickened.
    Put squirrel back into gravy.
    Serve hot with cornbread.
