Micro Turkey Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chopped green pepper (1/3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. quick cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese (3 oz.)
Preparation
    In 1 3/4-quart casserole, combine green pepper, onion and water.
    Cook covered 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
    Stir in milk, uncooked rice, soup, poultry seasoning and 1/4 cup cheese.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle
    remaining cheese while hot.
