Pop-A-Shroom(Stuffed Mushrooms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. white mushrooms
    1/2 lb. cooked bacon, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems, saving half of them.
    Set aside caps.
    In a nonstick skillet, lightly saute onion and chopped mushroom stems in butter until onion is soft.
    Stir in bacon and bread.
    Remove skillet from heat, then stir in cheese.
    Stuff caps.
    Place on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
