Southern Red Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced Rogerwood smoked sausage
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sliced sausage in bacon drippings.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Crumble fried bacon into ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
