Seafood Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread (remove crust)
    butter
    1/2 lb. cheese slices (your choice)
    about 1/2 lb. crabmeat
    about 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    spices: garlic, onion powder and celery salt (couple of shakes each)
Preparation
    Butter 6 slices of bread on one side and place in dish, buttered side down.
    Top with 1/2 cheese slices.
    Cover with crabmeat and cooked shrimp.
    Top with cheese and 6 more buttered bread slices, buttered side up.
    Combine eggs, milk and spices. Pour over casserole.
    Let stand 6 to 12 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
