Corn Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 pt. milk, heated
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
5 ears corn, grated (or frozen)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs and add corn.
Add milk, butter, salt, pepper and cornmeal.
Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
