Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 10 to 12 easily.
