Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut cabbage into baking dish.
Brown beef, onion, etc., and pour over cabbage.
Pour rice over cabbage.
Add water to tomato soup.
Heat and pour over cabbage.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Fluff with fork before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
