Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 medium or large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. dill pickle relish
    3/4 c. Blue Plate mayonnaise
    3 or 4 boiled eggs, sliced
    1/4 c. liquid from pickled jalapeno peppers (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling pot.
    Mix onion, relish, mayonnaise and pepper liquid in large bowl.
    Pour mixture over cooled potatoes; mix, then add boiled eggs.
    I like to add salt and pepper to potatoes before adding other mixture.
    Add more later as needed.
    Add more mayonnaise if needed.
