Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark Karo syrup
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Add sugar and butter; beat slightly.
    Add corn meal.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add syrup and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour 1/2 into each pie shell.
    Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over each pie.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm.
