Oyster Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
cream or milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
salt to taste
sugar to taste
2 beaten eggs
2 cans oysters
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
margarine to dot over crumbs
Preparation

Drain corn and add enough cream to juice of corn to make 1 cup. Melt margarine.
Add flour, sugar and salt.
Pour in juice and cream to make sauce.
Add corn and eggs.
Layer oysters.
Cover with corn and crumbs.
Dot with margarine.
Put in 2-quart Pyrex dish.
Cook over hot water 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Yields 12 servings.
